The Native Forest Restoration Trust works nationally to ensure that native forest areas are not lost if they become available for purchase.

They own a number of forests and reserves around the country, including Rangitoto Station, that adjoins the Tunawaea area of the NW Pureora Forest, where ATC runs a baiting programme to ensure the kokako can breed successfully each year.

Attached is their latest magazine - Canopy - which provides a great insight into the work of the NFRT.
