Meet at carpark to Monte Cecilia Park, Hillsborough Rd (bus #27H stops outside). Hike through the park then down to Manukau coast. Circumnavigate the lagoon then up Hill St to Jellicoe Park then a shortish road bash to Cornwall Park (Campbell Rd entrance). Overland to climb up to the summit then down and through the park to Puriri Drive. Cross Manukau Rd to reach Melville Park followed by a quick dash through the Uni Grounds (Epsom Campus) to connect with Owens Rd entrance to Maungawhau. Up and over the summit, descending to Mountain Rd then Mt Eden Rd to connect with a #27H bus to return to Monte Cecilia (or take your own bus route home). Don’t forget your HOP card!
